In 2010, within the scope of the envisaged opening to new markets, Valadis has focussed on expanding in both the Arab and Portuguese-Brazilian markets. For this purpose, and in line with its philosophy "be global, act local", it has appointed Radwa Nabil and Luis S. Francisco to be in charge for the business development of each market, respectively.

She graduated in tourism and hotel management and worked at the real estate agency Kühn & Partner, actively contributing to the launch of the Balearic real estate product in the Middle East, as well as at the Board of Tourism of the German Chamber of Commerce in Alexandria.
Luis Francisco, an acknowledged professional in the Portuguese tourism sector with over 28 years experience, joins the team as the head responsible for the company's business development in Portugal and Brazil. Until now, he had developed his professional career in several areas at the wholesalers Turopa and Air Luxor Tours, at the GDS Galileo and Amadeus, at the airlines TAP, Portugália Airlines, Transbrasil, Delta Airlines and Air Luxor, as well as in several official tourism organisations, such as Turismo do Algarve, Turismo de Albufeira, also performing his functions at the tourism organisations from both the Czech Republic and Thailand.
